Practice from 9-11 on a Monday morning during vacation. Ugh.

Speed workout:

Warm up: 1 mile run on track.
Workout: 6 x 400s walk.
Pace: 2:12-2:17 each lap.
Cool Down: 1 mile run in field laps.

Crunches: 400 regular, 100 left, 100 right.
