Workout: 4 miles? (parnell up to back of track)
Speed: 4 x 200s
Pace: 40??

Weight Room:
Lateral Pull downs: 3 x 12 (50 lbs)
Arm Jogging: 3 x 1 min. (5 lbs)
Shoulder shrugs: 3 x 30 (15 lbs)
Low Row: 3 x 20 (10 lbs)
Calf Raises: 3 x 30 (135 lbs)

Crunches: 700 regular, 100 left, 100 right.
